Ubiquitous Music is an interdisciplinary research area that combines methodologies from music, computer science, education, creativity studies, human sciences and engineering.
Ubimus 2024 MACAO will be held on the 31st of October, 1st and 2nd of November 2024 at the University of Saint Joseph, in Macau S.A.R. (China) and hosted by the Faculty of Arts and Humanities. The goal of the conference is to promote interest in ubiquitous music as an important research field embracing all humanities and technological aspects of our societies and cultures.
Ubimus 2024 MACAO aims at giving greater visibility to artists and researchers, theorists or practitioners, establishing a common space
for discussions and exchanges of new experiences while fostering a better understanding of ubiquitous music impacts and potentials across cultures, differences and technology access.
Ubimus 2024 MACAO‘s International Scientific and Artistic Committee comprises experts in various disciplines. The conference program will consist of keynote speakers by eminent specialists, oral presentations (local or remote) of the contributed papers, workshops, artistic interventions and posters of work in progress.
